The Braava Jet m6 is similarly impressive in its ability to select a cleaning method that works best for every type of spill. The Shark Navigator Swivel Pro Complete Upright Vacuum includes a HEPA filter to trap allergens, dust, and other particles. While it’s powerful in suction, it operates quietly, making it a great choice for households with children and pets. During testing, this pick was our favorite upright vacuum because of its suction settings, easy emptying process, and 25-foot power cord. Samsung’s Jet Bot AI+ Robot Vacuum with Object Recognition includes a self-emptying base and a camera on the front of the machine, which helps it to identify objects in its cleaning path. You can stream the vacuum’s run around your home through the app. In our testing, we also loved the quick assembly process. The BLACK + DECKER 12V Car Vacuum features a large-capacity dust bin and a 16-foot power cable that wraps around the base of the vacuum. While this vacuum is by no means the most durable option on the market, our testers were impressed by its long crevice tool, which easily reaches into cracks and under seats, and its flexible hose attachment. While we haven’t tested this specific model, we can speak to the older S3 model, which performed well on hardwood flooring and offers a variety of high-tech features. This new S5 model includes upgraded, larger water tanks and a longer, 26-foot power cord. The Shark WANDVAC Handheld Vacuum features a lightweight design—it only weights 1.4 pounds—and a high-speed, brushless motor that produces great suction, according to our at-home tester. The slim design also makes it great for cleaning tight corners and hard-to-reach places. Although this vacuum is quite noisy, our testing team said the noise level matched the powerful suction that this vacuum has. Plus, for an upright vacuum, it’s surprisingly lightweight.
