It’s those pesky little hairs that somehow seem to actually weave themselves into the fabric of my furniture that really get me and not much seems to work when it comes to getting them out—aside from me sitting there and manually plucking them (which I may have done before). So when I saw this metal lint remover all over TikTok, I knew I had to try it. I mean, I’m willing to try anything at this point. Let me tell you, it does not disappoint, After testing it out on so many surfaces I will say that it worked better in some areas than others. For example, as the product listing states it should not be used on any knitted fabrics or surfaces, and I am going to extend this caution to include any relatively open-weave fabrics. This is because there is a greater chance that the metal will catch on the fabric and create pulls. In my lint rolling craze, I did forget this a couple of times and tried using it on some looser-weave fabric and it did catch a few times. For that reason, I personally liked using it on my furniture and the carpets (it works really well on carpets) versus my clothing, just in case. All in all, for less than $10 I’d say this little tool is definitely worth the investment, especially if you have pets at home. It’s hands down one of my new favorite cleaning hacks and we keep ours stored in a side table right beside our couch so it’s always within reach when the living room needs a good de-furring.
